Q1. Am I eligible to attend?

Indonesia Dental Exhibition and Conference (IDEC) is the leading professional event for the dentistry technolo­gy industry in Indonesia. IDEC is the must-attend conference for dentists seeking continued accredited educa­tion as well as potential buyers, traders, and distributors looking for high-quality and costs efficient dental related products & equipment produced worldwide. Q2. Where is the show located?

The show is located at Jakarta Convention Center (JCC),  Senayan – Jakarta. Click here for the detail of this venue.

Q3. What are the show hours?

15th September, Friday 10.00 – 18.00
16th September, Saturday 10.00 – 18.00
17th September, Sunday 10.00 – 16.00

Q4. How do I register as a visitor for the exhibition?

Online pre-registration is open until 12 September 2023. Click here to register for free. We highly recommend you to pre-register online for a hassle free entry.

Q5. Do I have to pay an entrance fee to attend the exhibition?

Online pre-registration is free of charge. Onsite registration to the exhibition will be subjected to IDR 50,000 entrance fee.
PDGI members and students can enter for free (please show your valid ID card)

Q6. I did not receive any pre-registration confirmation email. How do I check the status of my registration? / I lost my pre-registration code. Can you re-send it to me?

Pre-registration confirmation email will be sent to you after you completed the online registration. Please check your spam/junk folder as well. You will also receive a reminder by Whatsapp, so please make sure to enter your correct mobile number.

Q7. I have already registered for IDEC 2019; can you do it on my behalf?

All visitors (repeat and/ or new) are required to register for the exhibition.

Q8. I have already pre-registered, but I can no longer attend the show due to unforeseen circumstances. Can I give my code to my colleague?

Each code is unique to each individual visitor. All visitors are required to register for the exhibition.

Q9. When will I receive my visitor badge?

After pre-registering online, visitors will receive their unique QR code by email. Before entering the venue, visitors are required to scan their QR code to print their badge at the provided counter. Onsite registrations will receive their badge on the spot after payment.

Q10. How long is my badge valid for?

All visitor badges will be valid for three days of the exhibition.

Q11. Is there a dress code to enter the exhibition?

Please kindly wear business attire to attend the exhibition. Visitors wearing sandals and/or shorts are not permitted to enter the exhibition.

Q12. What health & safety procedures will be implemented during show days?

IDEC 2023 will follow all health & safety procedures recommended by the Government.
